This is a rare opportunity to gain a highly sought-after rotational post specializing in Neurology and Stroke. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in a variety of healthcare settings, including Acute Stroke, Stroke Rehabilitation, Early Supported Discharge Service, Specialist Neurological Rehab Unit, Brain Injury Unit, Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service, and Acute Neurology.
Key Responsibilities- Support and train less experienced staff
- Be a clinical educator to students from various universities
- Work across different clinical areas, including rotations in Acute Stroke, Stroke Rehabilitation, and Acute Neurology
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with stroke and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Basic respiratory skill set is desirable, but training will be offered as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in stroke and neurological physiotherapy
