Physiotherapist - Neurology and Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients with neurology and stroke rehabilitation needs, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the supervision, education, and assessment of physiotherapy students and less experienced staff members.
- Participate in audit and research projects to enhance clinical practice and service development.
- Sound clinical experience in neurology and stroke rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamworking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to support and train other members of the CINSS team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on patient-centered and person-centered approaches.
