Head of Adolescent Support Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Manager role within the Exploitation Services at Tower Hamlets Partnership. This service is dedicated to assisting at-risk adolescents and their families, particularly concerning issues of child exploitation.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of support professionals, including social workers and law enforcement personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and senior leadership to foster team growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with both local and national service standards.
- Oversee operational strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness in addressing exploitation concerns.
- Work alongside the Head of Service to meet performance benchmarks related to exploitation outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment, relevant experience, and innovative thinking to advance the strategic goals aimed at delivering high-quality, outcome-oriented services to children and young people vulnerable to exploitation.
