Office Administration Manager
Bilfinger UK is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across various markets. We enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.
We have extensive experience in facilities management, specializing in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
This commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from multiple locations, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of office administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Organize people, information, and other resources to support the wider Project Team.
- Provide comprehensive support to Managers and office staff, assisting with daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
- Support the business by ensuring ECITB recovery, employee training, and E-Learning are completed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Understand and maintain office procedures and roles to ensure the required standard.
- Liaise with Document Control and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and book travel/meeting arrangements.
- Manage the site office facility, liaising with BUK Facilities manager and suppliers/maintenance team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior administrative assistant or office manager.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
