About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Major Donor and Legacy Officer to join our team at St Catherine's Hospice. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, and major donor prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, major donors, and legacy pledgers to secure significant gifts and legacies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and connect with new prospects, ensuring the growth of our high-value donor portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional stewardship, thanking, and face-to-face meetings to foster long-term relationships and maximize donor potential.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement processes to keep our high-value donor portfolios dynamic and engaging.

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional with a proven track record in developing and managing donor relationships. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
