About St Catherine's Hospice

We are a leading provider of palliative care services in our community, and we are seeking a skilled Partnerships Officer to join our team. As a Partnerships Officer, you will play a critical role in inspiring and engaging high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, members, and major donor prospects to develop relationships that sustainably support our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective stewardship strategies to cultivate relationships with key supporters.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with our strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of partnerships and fundraising initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our supporters, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that meet our targets.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in donor engagement, stewardship, and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to change and innovation.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Raisers Edge.
