As a Partnerships Officer, you will play a critical role in inspiring and engaging high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, members, and major donor prospects to develop relationships that sustainably support our strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective stewardship strategies to cultivate relationships with key supporters.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with our strategic priorities.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of partnerships and fundraising initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our supporters, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that meet our targets.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in donor engagement, stewardship, and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to change and innovation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Raisers Edge.
