About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Major Donor and Legacy Officer at St Catherine's Hospice. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will play a vital role in cultivating relationships with high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, and major donor prospects to support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, major donors, legacy pledgers, and prospects through impactful stewardship, thanking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify and connect with new prospects to develop and implement processes to keep the high-value, major donor, and legacy pledger portfolios dynamic.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for supporters to ensure the longevity of relationships and maximize their potential to deliver sustainable income to fund St Catherine's care.
About You

You will have experience in developing and managing donor relationships or customer care, with brilliant relationship-building skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude. If you are passionate about making a difference and supporting those facing death and bereavement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting part-time opportunity.
