We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Developer to join our Income Generation team, playing a vital role in driving our fundraising forward.



Job Summary



We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and securing financial income. As a Strategic Partnerships Developer, you will be responsible for inspiring and engaging high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, members, and major donor prospects to develop relationships that sustainably support St Catherine's strategic priorities.



Main Duties




  • Develop and implement effective stewardship strategies to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in increased financial support for St Catherine's.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, legacy pledgers, members, and major donor prospects, ensuring excellent communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, innovation, and progress in the work environment.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value supporters, providing exceptional experiences through impactful stewardship, face-to-face meetings, and cultivation events.
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive results-oriented actions, ensuring accurate reporting on income and expenditure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in fundraising, customer relationship management, and donor development, applying this expertise to deliver outstanding results.

  • Approachable, with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, planning, and time management skills.
  • Experience of producing written materials to a high standard.
  • Self-reliant and able to take initiative.
  • Able to manage a variety of tasks concurrently.
  • Experienced in working to agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of the local area and how it applies to local relationships.


Salary and Benefits



We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
