Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our Corporate & Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client insurance needs, including inquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and premium invoicing. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service to our SME clients will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of client retention goals by providing outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop effective renewal strategies and participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most competitive insurance terms available.
  • Present renewal terms to clients and ensure the issuance of renewal documentation aligns with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums in accordance with company procedures.
  • Address all client queries professionally and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all relevant information and correspondence.
  • Produce high-quality documentation using company templates.
  • Process adjustments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Actively promote products from other divisions.

Required Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with key classes of General Insurance and understanding of the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SME or commercial clients.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical insurance knowledge, assessed through regular in-house evaluations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional client service abilities.
  • Negotiation and broking skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze client information effectively.
  • Capability to adapt communication based on individual client understanding.
  • Persuasive and influential communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs A-C in Maths & English.
  • Cert CII (desirable).
  • Experience with Acturis (desirable).
