Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Services Executive to join our Corporate & Commercial team. This role involves managing the administration of clients' insurance needs, including inquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotes, and invoicing. You will engage with our SME clients, showcasing your passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of client retention goals by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to devise effective renewal strategies and attend client meetings as required.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most competitive terms available.
  • Present renewal terms to clients and issue renewal documentation in accordance with contract standards.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums in line with company procedures.
  • Handle all client queries professionally, adhering to service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation on our systems.
  • Produce high-quality documentation using company templates.
  • Process adjustments in accordance with procedures, including notifying insurers and issuing revised documentation.
  • Actively promote products from other divisions.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Solid understanding of General Insurance principles and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SME or commercial clients.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical insurance skills, assessed through regular in-house evaluations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional client service abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and broking skills.
  • Proficient in gathering and analyzing client information.
  • Ability to tailor communication to suit individual client understanding.
  • Capable of persuading and influencing others.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs A-C in Maths & English.
  • Cert CII (desirable).
  • Experience with Acturis (desirable).
