Vision-FS Recruitment represents a prominent Chartered Financial Planning and Employee Benefits firm located in Caterham, Surrey. This esteemed organization is expanding and seeks a dedicated Financial Services Administrator to enhance its growing Private Client division.

THE ROLE

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will report directly to the Support Team Leader. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting the Adviser and paraplanning team with comprehensive client research.
  • Providing essential support to the Adviser throughout pre-sale and post-sale processes.
  • Reviewing all applications and accompanying documentation, ensuring accurate processing through product providers.
  • Managing fee and commission expectations within the back office system for clients under the Adviser's management.
  • Supporting Advisers with scheduling and appointment management.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for the Financial Services Administrator role will meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services administration.
  • Proficiency in 1st Software.
  • Experience with XPlan is a plus but not essential.

REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
