Job Summary:

The HR-CL Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at our flagship site near Caterham. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and innovative ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in fine dining events and other special occasions, providing exceptional service and culinary expertise.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus overtime paid.
  • A 40-hour working week, with shifts from 7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Two weekends per month, with a focus on work-life balance.
