About the Role

Baxter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our Connected Care initiatives across various divisions in targeted strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Connected Care initiatives across various divisions in targeted strategic accounts
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external partners, including business users and C-suite executives
  • Understand and shape the hospital's digital roadmap with the C-Suite
  • Identify and craft regional or account-specific digital priorities
  • Connect with business partners to leverage opportunities in line with business objectives
What You'll Bring
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in Digital Health Solutions in Sales, National Accounts, and Bids procedure
  • Proven ability to engage with and develop trust-based relationships with C-Suites at the hospital level
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Evidence of achieving targets and getting results
  • Prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
