Baxter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our Connected Care initiatives across various divisions in targeted strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all Connected Care initiatives across various divisions in targeted strategic accounts
- Build productive relationships with internal and external partners, including business users and C-suite executives
- Understand and shape the hospital's digital roadmap with the C-Suite
- Identify and craft regional or account-specific digital priorities
- Connect with business partners to leverage opportunities in line with business objectives
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Digital Health Solutions in Sales, National Accounts, and Bids procedure
- Proven ability to engage with and develop trust-based relationships with C-Suites at the hospital level
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
- Evidence of achieving targets and getting results
- Prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
