Role Overview

As a key member of our UK Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving our Unified Communications (UC) solutions, building strong relationships with partners, and delivering tailored services to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and expert advice.
  • Lead customer interactions, showcase innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Act as a UC specialist, providing tailored recommendations and guidance to customers on their communication needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling UC solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, with a strong background in Unified Communications (UC).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Ability to manage complex bids and negotiate winning deals.
