  • Develop and distribute comprehensive player entry packages for all Matchroom Multi Sport events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all participants/athletes in the events
  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage player contracts
  • Liaise with players to support their tournament and playing requirements
  • Distribute player patches to individuals and third-party promoters
  • Coordinate player visa letter requests
  • Liaise with the accounting team for player payments and refunds
  • Develop and manage player entry spreadsheets
  • Onsite at events, support event operations and player logistics

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail in own work
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods

Additional Information:

  • Overseas travel is required to the USA/Asia/Europe
  • During non-event periods, this is a full-time office-based role in Brentwood, Essex, UK
  • Hours will be variable
