Tournament Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and distribute comprehensive player entry packages for all Matchroom Multi Sport events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all participants/athletes in the events
- Collaborate with the legal team to manage player contracts
- Liaise with players to support their tournament and playing requirements
- Distribute player patches to individuals and third-party promoters
- Coordinate player visa letter requests
- Liaise with the accounting team for player payments and refunds
- Develop and manage player entry spreadsheets
- Onsite at events, support event operations and player logistics
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail in own work
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communicative skills
- Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
Additional Information:
- Overseas travel is required to the USA/Asia/Europe
- During non-event periods, this is a full-time office-based role in Brentwood, Essex, UK
- Hours will be variable
