Job Summary:

Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Workshop Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all workshop activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule all workshop activities through our internal CRM system, ensuring timely completion of projects and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on project schedules, materials, and deliveries.
  • Sources materials from direct suppliers, produces purchase orders, and manages deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Manages goods in and out, ensuring all materials required arrive on time for scheduled jobs and are properly labeled.
  • Ensures deliveries are conducted and delivery notes are returned in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with the workshop supervisor to schedule and coordinate workshop activities.
  • Conducts and leads daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
  • Analyzes turnover based on actuals jobs versus potentials, providing insights to improve business performance.

Requirements:

  • Good focus attributes and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills and technical understanding of engineering drawings for machining and fabrication scopes.
  • Technical engineering experience to understand workscopes and ability to achieve business KPIs and objectives.
  • Good communication skills to discuss with customers, suppliers, and management staff.
