**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage player contracts and communications, working closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate player entry packs, distribute player patches, and facilitate visa letter requests.
- Liaise with accounting to process player payments and refunds.
- Develop and maintain player entry spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide on-site support at events, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
**Requirements:**
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple countries and work varying hours.
**Note:**
