Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tournament Administrator at Matchroom Multi Sport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Management: Create and distribute player entry packs, manage player contracts, and coordinate player visa letter requests.
  • Event Operations: Liaise with players, support event operations, and manage player entry spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for participants and athletes, and liaise with accounting team for player payments and refunds.
  • Logistics: Distribute player patches, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely delivery of player entry packs.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to be flexible with work hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with players and stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to multiple countries, including the USA, Asia, and Europe, for extended periods.
