Job Overview

Primary Duties:

  • Design and disseminate comprehensive entry packages for all Matchroom Multi Sport competitions.
  • Act as the principal liaison for all competitors and athletes participating in the events.
  • Oversee player agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Engage with athletes to facilitate their tournament and participation needs.
  • Allocate player insignias to individuals and external promoters.
  • Organize requests for player visa documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance team regarding player compensation and reimbursements.
  • Develop and maintain player entry tracking spreadsheets.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with operational and logistical aspects for players.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and days.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and be away for extended durations.

Additional Information:

  • International travel is a requirement.
  • This role is primarily office-based during non-event periods.
