The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the event planning process, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors, entertainers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and client specifications.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, adhering to venue terms and conditions and client specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing concerns throughout the planning process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Club House Manager to ensure timely information exchange and adherence to event pricing schedules.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in events and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a creative and innovative approach to business development and problem-solving.

  • Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
