About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join our team at Matchroom Multi Sport. As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our events and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Operations Support: Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including booking accommodations, staff, and travel for live sporting events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Travel Scheduling: Create clear and concise travel schedules for team members attending events and site visits.
  • Meeting Documentation: Prepare and distribute meeting documents following site visits and team calls.
  • Logistics Management: Manage multiple requests and priorities, exercising judgment and anticipating changing needs.
  • Onsite Support: Provide support to event operations and player logistics during events.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours and travel to multiple countries for events.
