Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Overnight Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's overnight activities, including guest services, security, and maintenance.
  • Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and Maintain Standards: Constantly monitor and uphold the hotel's high service standards, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable experience.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests, conducting regular health and safety checks and responding to any incidents or accidents.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional levels of customer service, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with guests and providing operational support to all departments as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration: Run night audits and produce nightly reports for senior managers, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the night team.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a drive to maintain high standards, ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations are executed flawlessly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively to any situation.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
