Position Overview
The Dorchester Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room allocations and supervise the front desk team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Provide exceptional guest liaison and support to the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel, representing the Dorchester Collection with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving guest issues.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the front desk team.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
