Key Responsibilities:

- Help manage classroom dynamics and provide behavioral support.

Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a sincere enthusiasm for supporting children with special needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of child development and educational strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to the diverse needs of students.

Desirable:

- Familiarity with relevant educational technology and software.
- First Aid certification.
