Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including those with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Learning and Development: Assist students with their educational and personal goals across various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.
  • Assist with Special Needs: Help students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and autism achieve their educational and personal objectives.
