Job Title:
Teaching Assistant - Specialist School

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school, supporting students with complex learning difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs, adapting your approach to meet their individual requirements
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans, working closely with teachers and other support staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting students with complex needs. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and be able to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate (£12.78 per hour, £20, £22,834.95 actual salary) depending on experience and qualifications
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only
