Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team at Partnership Schools. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Pupils with Special Needs: Provide individualized support to pupils with a range of needs, including physical and learning disabilities, autism, and complex medical conditions.
  • Empowering Pupils: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils.
  • Collaborating with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil.
  • Providing Physical Support: Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines, if required, to ensure the safety and well-being of our pupils.
  • Continuing Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting pupils with special needs.

Requirements: We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A relevant qualification or experience in SEN is essential.
