Position Overview

The SARC Operations Leader will proficiently oversee and direct this collaborative Centre and its services, playing a crucial role in formulating a strategic vision for the operation, ensuring that modifications align with both internal and external standards while adhering to financial limitations. This role will primarily involve providing support during out-of-office hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

The SARC Operations Leader will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering secure and effective services to all clients of the SARC, meeting both national and local benchmarks concerning incidents of sexual violence.

The individual in this position will be tasked with evaluating and analyzing current service delivery methods and implementing enhancements that yield significant improvements in accessibility and service provision, all while operating within a defined budget. Furthermore, the individual will oversee the management of all personnel associated with the SARC.

Role Description: SARC Operations Leader

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

Flexibility is essential, as the role includes on-call responsibilities as needed from 7 AM to 7 PM, along with potential travel to various SARC locations.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience
  • All successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references, and Police vetting NVVP Level 2 checks.
