An exciting opportunity has emerged for a motivated Senior Commercial Leader to join a prominent infrastructure firm specializing in a highways framework.

The Senior Commercial Leader will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be accountable for the financial oversight of various projects, including Highways Maintenance, Street Lighting, Asset Management, CCTV, and the renovation and enhancement of public areas.

  • Overseeing the financial management of projects from initiation through to tendering, negotiation, and contract finalization until project completion.
  • Assisting the commercial management team in resolving disputes.
  • Managing the preparation of monthly Cost Value Reports (CVRs) and other commercial documentation.
  • Providing commercial and contractual guidance to colleagues and site teams.
  • Representing the financial and contractual interests of the organization to clients and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Mentoring junior surveyors involved in the contract.
