Job Title: Finance Manager

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Manager to take the lead on the finance function, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and overseeing key financial responsibilities that will support strategic goals and improve business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Financial Reporting**: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accurate, compliant reporting.
* **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering meaningful insights that support financial decisions.
* **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business strategy and drive financial planning.
* **Financial Planning**: Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
* **Financial Operations**: Oversee the finance function, ensuring efficient and effective financial processes.
