We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join our esteemed Front of House Team at our 5-Star super-boutique hotel.

Position Overview:

  • Exciting opportunities await you as a Front Office Manager at The Londoner Hotel.
  • In this role, you will oversee the seamless operation of the lobby, ensuring that a high standard of service is consistently delivered and that guest expectations are surpassed.
  • Your primary focus will be on service excellence, as guest satisfaction is crucial in this position.
  • You will lead the lobby team, fostering a highly motivated and successful group.

About You:

  • A proven history of managing a busy reception area as a reception supervisor or in hotel duty management within a 4 or 5 Star establishment is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT applications such as Opera, Office 365, and Sales Force is required.
  • You should demonstrate experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills are vital.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is a must.
