Corporate Reception Specialist

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated receptionist within a prestigious corporate office environment, strategically positioned on the Slough/Langley borders.
In this role, you will take pride in managing the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your commitment to excellence will be evident in every interaction, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
Salary: £13,728 pa / £12 ph
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 8am - 7pm
Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Management
- Serve as the welcoming face of the office, providing a warm and professional greeting to all visitors.
- Take charge of the reception area, continually seeking improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Efficiently manage visitor sign-ins, adhering to established reception protocols.
- Oversee the handling of deliveries, including couriers and postal services.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Launch a monthly e-newsletter to promote initiatives and concierge services, fostering a sense of community.
- Research local happenings and connect with the community to secure offers and discounts for office personnel.
- Assist in creating social media content that aligns with branding guidelines.
- Establish strong relationships with local letting agents, ensuring vacant office spaces are maintained for viewings.
- Support the on-site Building Manager by reporting and managing any building-related issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within a commercial property setting.
- Dynamic personality with a proactive approach.
- Highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in delivering a high-quality 'meet and greet' service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and related software.
