In this role, you will take charge of the reception area, ensuring a memorable and professional welcome for all visitors. Your commitment to excellence will shine through as you foster positive relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
Salary: £13,728 per annum / £12 per hour
Working Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM - 7 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Duties
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the organization, providing a warm and professional greeting to all visitors.
  • Take initiative in managing the reception area, continuously seeking improvements in service delivery and operational processes.
  • Efficiently handle visitor sign-ins, adhering to established reception protocols.
  • Oversee the management of deliveries, including couriers and postal services.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reorder supplies as necessary.
Community Engagement
  • Launch a monthly electronic newsletter to promote community initiatives and concierge services, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Research local events and outreach opportunities to provide exclusive offers and discounts for building occupants.
  • Assist in creating social media content that aligns with branding standards.
Building Management Support
  • Establish strong partnerships with local real estate agents, ensuring that any vacant office spaces are maintained in pristine condition for viewings.
  • Collaborate with the on-site Building Manager to report, monitor, and resolve any building-related issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within a commercial property setting.
  • Dynamic personality with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in delivering a high-quality 'meet and greet' service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Competent in using Mac/PC systems and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
