We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated receptionist within a prestigious corporate office environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

You will take pride in managing the reception area, creating a lasting impression for everyone entering the premises. Your commitment to delivering outstanding service will be key in fostering positive relationships with all individuals interacting within the office.

Salary: £13,728 pa / £12 ph

Working Hours: Monday and Tuesday 8am - 7pm

Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Management
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the office, ensuring all guests receive a friendly and professional greeting.
  • Take charge of the reception area, continuously seeking improvements in processes and service delivery.
  • Efficiently manage visitor sign-ins, adhering to established reception protocols.
  • Oversee incoming deliveries, including packages and mail.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reorder supplies as necessary.
Community Engagement
  • Develop a monthly e-newsletter to promote initiatives and concierge services, enhancing community spirit.
  • Research local events and connect with the community to provide exclusive offers for office personnel.
  • Assist in curating social media content that aligns with branding standards.
Building and Facilities Coordination
  • Establish strong partnerships with local real estate agents, ensuring that vacant office spaces are maintained in pristine condition for viewings.
  • Support the on-site Building Manager by reporting and managing any facility issues, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within a commercial property setting.
  • Dynamic personality with a proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert in delivering a high-quality 'meet and greet' service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and related software.
