Are you an experienced TUPE Specialist eager to be part of a collaborative environment? Atlas is on the lookout for a committed individual to take on the role of TUPE Specialist. In this position, you will be an integral member of our Employee Relations Team, facilitating seamless transitions during corporate changes while ensuring adherence to employee rights and UK employment regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive TUPE transfer process, emphasizing legal adherence and industry best practices.
• Ensure effective communication with employees, Trade Unions, and relevant stakeholders throughout the TUPE journey.
• Perform thorough due diligence to pinpoint and mitigate risks associated with employment terms and obligations.
• Offer expert advice to HR, legal departments, and senior leadership regarding TUPE-related implications.
• Draft and evaluate all TUPE documentation, guaranteeing precision and compliance.
• Keep detailed records and generate reports on TUPE activities and their outcomes.
• Tackle and resolve employee relations challenges that arise from TUPE processes.
• Support HR leadership initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of policies.
• Assist with Employee Relations cases as required.
• Engage in various people strategy projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable TUPE role within a dynamic setting.
• In-depth understanding of UK employment law, particularly TUPE and GDPR.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and change facilitation.
• Proficient in analytics and relevant systems.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Background in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Security sectors.
• Previous engagement with Trade Unions.
• CIPD qualifications or a readiness to pursue them.
