Contract Management and Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of Schedule Updates and Formal Extension quotations, ensuring that all quotes are produced according to policy rules and forecasting methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of Schedule Updates and Formal Extension quotations from commercial divisions across the Ayvens Group.
  • Ensure that all quotes are produced according to policy rules and forecasting methodology.
  • Ensure all Contract Management tasks are actioned in line with commercial and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Undertake cross-training to support the rest of the Contract Management team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in Contract Management.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join our Contract Management team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of Ayvens Group.

Requirements

  • Fluent in business English language – an effective written and verbal communicator.
  • First-class customer service skills and experience – in the contract hire industry preferred but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of the automotive industry preferred but not essential.
  • Capable of self-management and able to use initiative to solve problems.
  • Effective team player capable of support across Contract Management.
