Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to provide commercial and financial support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
- Processes invoices and ensures proper cost centre coding.
- Assists with inspections on our facilities campus.
- Uses PC and/or PDA for work order system, ESS, and training.
- Assists with process and procedure training.
- Ensures compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
- Understands and actively supports the Quality Management program, procurement, and Vendor Management.
- Ensures that contracted resources deliver work to meet quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under-performance issues.
- In conjunction with the sourcing team, manages contracts to assure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Assists and monitors financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are always followed.
- Supports the preparation of forecasts and financial reporting.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial and financial operations, with experience in contract management and vendor relations.
