Broker Support Specialist

Our client, a specialist provider of vehicle finance, rental, and insurance products, is seeking a skilled Broker Support Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising between broker partners and internal company departments to resolve operational issues in a timely manner. This includes ensuring that proposals move through the journey as smoothly as possible and maximising the amount of business that we write with the broker network.
The Broker Support Specialist will also be responsible for:
- Providing sales-related interaction with brokers, working with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolving operational issues.
- Being fully conversant with company policies and procedures to assist with managing potential issues through internal departments.
- Supporting the National Business Development Manager in building and maintaining strong business relationships with broker personnel at an operational and senior level.
- Identifying and developing new business channels, including motor car, motorcycle, and leisure.
- Having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of £70,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits.
