Broker Support Specialist

Our client, a specialist provider of vehicle finance, rental, and insurance products, is seeking a skilled Broker Support Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with broker partners, ensuring seamless communication and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with broker partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and effective communication with brokers.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide coaching and training to brokers to promote good practice and minimize payout queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to effectively manage potential issues.
  • Support the National Business Development Manager in building and maintaining strong business relationships with broker personnel.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
