We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to provide commercial and financial support to our clients' contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of client needs and providing high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Work Order Management: Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, communicating work orders and resolving problems.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide reports on open and closed work orders, maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department files, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Vendor Management: Train vendors on work order and billing procedures, process invoices, and ensure proper cost centre coding.
- Facilities Management: Assist with inspections on the facility campus, ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with operating procedures, and communicate any potential workplace hazards.
- Quality Management: Understand and actively support the Quality Management program, ensuring that contracted resources deliver work to meet quality targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial and financial operations, as well as experience in facilities management and vendor management.
