Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at JSS Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Commercial Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, including tendering, negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior staff, including commercial risk reports and cost forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Possess a high level of academic achievement and a strong understanding of construction principles.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, including JCT management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in construction planning, execution, and contract management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
