Join Our Team as an Operations Supervisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our organization.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operational execution in alignment with EMED objectives, emphasizing performance outcomes and the clinical integrity of all patient transport services. This role is essential in ensuring that all quality and governance standards are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service while optimizing revenue opportunities to safeguard profitability.
  • Performance Metrics: Implement and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support effective service delivery, balancing contractual obligations with operational realities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders including Clinical Commissioning Groups, Acute Hospital Trusts, and Community Health organizations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards, maintaining adherence to national clinical, vehicular, and health & safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with senior management to enhance revenue, cost, and margin performance across contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Take full responsibility for team management, ensuring employee safety, performance, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a frontline management role with a track record of delivering business improvements.
  • Strong KPI focus with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Proven ability to develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing employee relations in accordance with policies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a history of meeting deadlines.
  • Data analysis experience to enhance operational processes.
