Job Overview:

Operations Supervisor at SSP

Compensation: £13.17 per hour + an additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6 am, resulting in a total of £14.67 per hour.

Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours), with shifts scheduled between 2:00 am and midnight, including weekends.

Successful applicants will need to provide references for the past 5 years and complete a Criminal Record Check as per security regulations.

Due to specific responsibilities associated with the Operations Supervisor position, candidates must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks and serve alcohol.

AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or retail.
  • Be responsible for creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations, consistently striving to enhance service quality.
  • Guide and support your team, ensuring a safe working and dining environment while being the primary contact for daily inquiries.
  • Oversee team operations, including the unit's opening and closing, ensuring adherence to operational standards and completing necessary documentation.
