The Logistics Operations Supervisor will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our transportation fleet. Reporting directly to the Depot Transport Manager, your role will involve leading a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maximizing efficiency in our delivery operations.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational plans and synchronize activities
  • Foster strong partnerships with suppliers and drivers
  • Evaluate and enhance driver performance and vehicle utilization
  • Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Manage agency requirements and associated documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to assess data and propose actionable solutions
  • Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis software
