Salary:
£28,508.38 per annum
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6am and 6pm on a rotating basis.

Role Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our esteemed client. This role involves overseeing various cleaning assignments across multiple sites while leading and nurturing a team of Cleaning Operatives to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development:
Guide and mentor Cleaning Operatives across diverse locations, promoting a collaborative environment and continuous improvement. - Operational Oversight:
Create and manage cleaning schedules, delegating tasks effectively to ensure optimal workflow. - Resource Management:
Monitor the use of cleaning supplies to minimize waste and ensure efficiency. - Health and Safety Compliance:
Enforce adherence to Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members. - Performance Assessment:
Regularly evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition for accomplishments. - Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open lines of communication with management and team members, addressing operational performance and any arising issues. - Administrative Duties:
Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, work hours, and maintenance issues. - Training and Development:
Facilitate training for team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in basic IT tools, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Full Driving Licence valid for use in the United Kingdom.
