About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team at Bristol Waste Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing Cleaning Operatives to achieve exceptional results
  • Scheduling and assigning duties to Cleaning Operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Inspecting cleaning equipment and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and misuse
  • Conducting regular site cleaning audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Carrying out cleaning duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Ensuring Cleaning Operatives are working safely and productively
  • Reporting any health and safety or non-compliance issues to the line manager
Requirements
  • 1-year supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Driving License required
