About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Atlas. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction at our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic level of spoken English required.
  • DBS check required due to the nature of the work.
