We're one of the country's largest bus operators, investing in state-of-the-art new buses and workshops. Our engineering teams are at the forefront of bus technology, and we're looking for a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll oversee a small team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet of vehicles. You'll assist with planning the rota, duty, and shift allocations, and help with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a small team of Presentation Team Members and assist with planning the rota, duty, and shift allocations.
  • Assist with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises using specialist equipment and chemicals.
  • Assist with fuelling, oiling, watering, shunting, and parking of vehicles.
  • Complete cleaning records, cover shifts, and quality control audits on cleaners.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work policy, ensuring protective clothing is used properly at all times and appropriate practices and procedures are followed.

About You

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months cleaning supervisory experience.
  • Must be a UK resident.
  • Must have experience of using heavy-duty cleaning machinery and chemicals.
  • COSH/IOSH past training experience would be advantageous, but not essential; we will provide H&S training.
