Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administration Specialist to take charge of this essential position within our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and managing the vital administrative functions that contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Enhance office procedures to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist the director with administrative duties and project coordination.
  • Conduct reporting and data analysis.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Support the internal recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in office management or a related professional services role.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in a sales environment, particularly in recruitment, is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative.
