Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administration Specialist to take charge of this essential position within our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and managing the vital administrative functions that contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Enhance office procedures to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Assist the director with administrative duties and project coordination.
- Conduct reporting and data analysis.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Support the internal recruitment initiatives.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Contribute to marketing content development.
- Define and manage the office management role effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in office management or a related professional services role.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee office operations and administrative tasks.
- Experience in a sales environment, particularly in recruitment, is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
